1. Ticket Collection / Printing
Printing Your Own
Your tickets must be printed clearly on A4 paper and taken with you when you enter. If your tickets aren’t printed, they’re not valid and you won’t be able to use the excuse that your printer’s ink ran dry or your dog ate them.
If your tickets have your name on them, you must carry an ID matching the same name, otherwise, your tickets won’t be valid.
Online Mobile Tickets
Tickets aren’t available on all devices, so before you book make sure your that device is compatible. You must be able to show your Ticket on your device (your phone or tablet etc.), so it can be clearly read.

We do not accept payment by cash online or cheques in any currency.
Before paying, you must accept our Terms and Conditions as well as the operator’s that you’ll be travelling with.
Your order will only be complete when we’ve sent you a confirmation by email and after the full price has been paid. We have the right to cancel or refuse your current order if you’ve not paid for a previous order in full.
What is PayPal
PayPal is a safe, easy way to pay. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. Before using PayPal, you need to register with them, and you need to register a method of payment with them, such as a credit or debit card.
When booking online at woolleymoorshow.com and selecting the PayPal option, you will be sent to the PayPal website, where you will need to log-on and select one of the payment methods that you have registered with them in order to pay. PayPal will process your payment, and you will then be taken back to woolleymoorshow.com, where your booking confirmation and tickets will be given by email. PayPal provides payment to Woolley Moor Show on your behalf, and your payment method details are not given to us.
3. Refund Requests
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances the Woolley Moor Show committee reserve the right to cancel the event without notice. Updates will be provided via the website when as soon as possible.
Once purchased tickets are Non-Refundable unless the event is cancelled under any circumstance.
If the event is cancelled please use the contact us form with the subject “Cancellation Refund” for a full refund to be processed within 7 days.If you would rather donate the ticket amount there is no action required.
4. Disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity
