1. Ticket Collection / Printing
Printing Your Own
Your tickets must be printed clearly on A4 paper and taken with you when you enter via the White Horse Gate. If your tickets are not printed, they’re not valid and you may not be able to enter the show. If your tickets have your name on them, you must carry an ID matching the same name, otherwise, your tickets won’t be valid.
Online Mobile Tickets
Tickets aren’t available on all devices, so before you book make sure your that device is compatible. You must be able to show your Ticket on your device (your phone or tablet etc.), so it can be clearly read.
Before paying, you must accept our Terms and Conditions. Your order will only be complete when we’ve sent you a confirmation by email and after the full price has been paid. We have the right to cancel or refuse your current order if you’ve not paid for a previous order in full.
