Stall-Holder Information & Requirements


Any full time business stall holders MUST have 3rd party public liability insurance and a should inform us on application and then a copy must be provided.


You will need to provide your own table(s), chairs, and gazebo (if required). NB: Should any stallholders require an electrical supply, they will need to provide their own generator.

Set up Times

7:30AM – 10:50AM After this time a there is no movement allowed on the field of vehicles unless in an emergency and approved and escorted by the show day Co-Ordinator.

Health & Safety

COVID – All stalls are advised to have hand sanitisers available.
Health and Safety is run at your own risk during the event.

Food & Hygiene certificates are required for stalls selling food and for those selling any alcohol a current License to sell alcohol from the local authority. Copies of all certificates/licences should be available for display on your stall.

STALL-HOLDERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN RISK ASSESSMENT. Should you have Public Liability Insurance please provide details of this (certificate/verification letter showing, Policy No, Expiry Date & level of cover).

Other Info

Please be aware that in the event of adverse ground conditions parking may not be allowed on the field – stallholders should check for updates on the website regularly prior to the show.

All parking is at owners own risk.
